T-61 Vet

T-61 Vet is a specially formulated veterinary euthanasia solution developed by MSD Animal Health for the humane, painless, and rapid euthanasia of animals. Its unique multi-ingredient composition ensures that unconsciousness occurs swiftly, followed by cessation of vital functions, minimizing any distress or discomfort for the animal.

Active Ingredients (per mL)

Embutramide – Rapid onset deep anesthesia and respiratory depression

Mebezonium iodide – Neuromuscular blocking agent to prevent muscle movement

Tetracaine hydrochloride – Local anesthetic to ensure no pain perception

Mechanism of Action

T-61 combines central nervous system depression, muscle relaxation, and local anesthesia, resulting in:
