therefore an increase in the contribution of chromium produces a correct and quicker metabolization of free lactic acid produced during anaerobic exercise, delaying the appearance of muscular fatigue. On the other hand it hastens recovery after exercise.

VIA OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE

Its administration by slow intravenous via is recommend at a rate of 1- 2 mL / kg weight every 24 hours. During competition periods of high temperatures and humidity it is advise to supply a total of 500 ml.
