BIO-VAC LS-H120
BIO-VAC LS-H120 is prepared using the attenuated La Sota strain of Newcastle disease virus and the attenuated Massachusetts H120 strain of Infectious Bronchitis virus, cultured on embryonated SPF eggs that are freeze-dried and vacuum-sealed to ensure the highest safety.
The immunity provided by this vaccine reaches its highest levels 10-15 days after administration; However, due to the interfering phenomenon, chickens enjoy good protection against both infections within a few days of application.
INDICATORS
Prophylaxis of Newcastle disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
Oculo-nasal route:
Dissolve the contents of the vial in the appropriate diluent; Using appropriate nasal drops, pour one drop into the eye and nostril of each subject.
Drinking water way:
Dissolve the contents of the vial in a small amount of water and then pour into the amount of drinking water deemed necessary for application. Shake the vial and mix carefully before dispensing the vaccine water. The amount of water required for equal infusion varies depending on the subject’s age, season and ambient temperature.

In order to get good results from vaccination in drinking water, the following instructions must be followed:
1) Make sure there are no antiseptics or disinfectants in drinking water or gutters. Even residues of these substances can inactivate the vaccine virus;
2) if possible, use enameled, plastic or glass boats;
3) keep the animals hydrated by cutting off water for at least 3 hours;
4) Distribute the vaccine-containing water into several troughs, allowing all animals to access the vaccine within 2-3 hours.
